William E. Barrett, MA
William E. Barrett has over 35 years of investigative/law enforcement experience. He retired as a shift commander, after serving as a patrol officer (K9), & detective sergeant. He also served as a police instructor in the state of Pennsylvania and is an adjunct professor of criminology. Mr. Barrett is a licensed private investigator in Pennsylvania and current President of the National Polygraph Association. He has attended over 4,900 hours of advanced specialized training and receives annual continuing education.
He has a Master of Arts in Social Science/Criminal Justice from the California University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice from Point Park University.
Mr. Barrett is certified under the American Polygraph Association standards as a polygraph examiner and qualified to perform clinical post convicted sexual offender testing.
He completed polygraph training at the Maryland Institute of Criminal Justice (Baltimore Maryland), the Academy for Scientific Investigate Training (Philadelphia Pennsylvania) and the American International Institute of Polygraph (Atlanta Georgia). Mr. Barrett is also certified by the American Association of Police Polygraphists as a Forensic Law Enforcement Polygraph Examiner. He is licensed by the States of Indiana and West Virginia as an examiner. Mr. Barrett is CJIS certified and qualified as an expert witness.
Mr. Barrett has conducted tests for professional sports (teams, players and events) and national television shows.
Mr. Barrett has conducted over 5000 polygraph tests covering virtually all issues from personal fidelity to criminal homicide.

Kevin M. Corcoran is certified as a polygraph examiner who has completed over 500 hours of advanced specialized training and receives annual continuing education. He is a Cum Laude graduate of the Criminology Program at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completing minors in both Homeland Security and Communications. Mr. Corcoran is a six-time recipient of the Dean’s List. In 2012, Mr. Corcoran completed an extensive Police internship in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Corcoran is a full member of the American Polygraph Association, National Polygraph Association, Maryland Polygraph Association, and British and European Polygraph Association. He is also certified in APA-Sex Offender Treatment and Monitoring (PCSOT) to perform clinical Post Convicted Sexual Offender testing. He completed polygraph training at the Peak Credibility Assessment Center (Cape Coral, Florida) and Post Convicted Sexual Offender training at the Academy for Scientific Investigate Training (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania).
Mr. Corcoran has been involved in over a thousand polygraph examinations, ranging from personal infidelity to criminal homicide.

Morris E. Ragus has over 35 years of experience in polygraph. He is a retired Military Intelligence Officer and worked as the Chief Polygraph Examiner for the Pennsylvania Inspector General’s Office. Additionally he worked in law enforcement and 18 years special investigator with the federal government. Mr. Ragus is a former Polygraph Instructor at the Harrisburg Area Community College/ Pennsylvania State Police Northeast Counter Drug Intelligence Center Polygraph School. He has attended advanced specialized training and receives annual continuing education. He has a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Arts from Alvernia College.
Mr. Ragus is certified under the American Polygraph Association standards as a polygraph examiner and qualified to perform clinical post convicted sexual offender testing. He completed polygraph training at the 902nd Military Intelligence Detachment (Fort Mead, Maryland), Polygraph Technology Training, (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) and Department of Defense Polygraph Institute (Fort McClellan, Alabama).
Mr. Ragus has been involved in many high profile cases both nationally and internationally. Mr. Ragus has conducted over 18,000 polygraph tests covering virtually all issues from personal fidelity to criminal homicide.
