Mr. William Barrett, a 35-year veteran retired Law Enforcement Officer has decades of experience as a Detective, Police Supervisor, and SRT Negotiation Commander, handling all aspects of criminal investigations. Mr. Barrett is also recognized as one of the most experienced polygraph examiners in Western Pennsylvania. He is CJIS certified. Prior to working in law enforcement Mr. Barrett served as an investigator with a private firm specializing in investigations and private security. As an instructor and adjunct professor of criminal justice Mr. Barrett has had the privilege to instruct many police officers and investigators from the local, state and federal levels.
